An overly technical D.C. circuit ruling
struck down Obama's NLRB recess appointments contra to the 11th Cir. on the Judge Pryor matter. Filibustering led to all of this, so it's all connected. I was
sympathetic to the Pryor case, but either way, a lifetime appointment is not the same thing. And, the whole context in each case, not quite the same. Structural separation of powers restraints take that into consideration.
