Umps Penalized

The Astros manager removed a pitcher in an non-injury situation before facing a batter and even after called on it, umps refused to overrule him. This blatant ignorance/non-enforcement of the rules actually resulted in a suspension and fines for the umps. This sense of sanity and fair play is appreciated. Seems less of it these days.
