A Wild Justice (death penalty) per
one review "contains few surprises," to those in the know, but the well written and "add depth" part makes for a rewarding read overall. I found
The Great Dissent: How Oliver Wendell Holmes Changed His Mind [etc.] on the
Abrams case overall less rewarding. Somewhat repetitive personal look though some aspects (like the background violence of the times discussed in one chapter) were well written.
