SCOTUSBlog usefully has video from people on
both sides reacting to
McCullen v. Coakley. I respect [fwiw] the negative response to my comment there. One thing that comes up is the buffer zone in front of the USSC. I don't think it is quite the same myself, but do think the right approach there is consistency in less restraint.
Others, e.g., have suggested the cell phone case is an "us too" sort of deal. If so, it's still correct, if selective.
