The Cubs reminded me of the first time they came to the playoffs in recent years, as a wild card, and the Braves quickly done them in. Anyway, 100 years (1908-2008) ... well, that is a nice round number. And, Lou is right ... let's make sure this is but the first time. The Mets, however, showed nothing is assured even when it should be. Let's see how the AL leaders do.
