Teams who had byes, thanks to various degrees of sloppy play (helped by a dubious non-delay of game call in the Titans game), are now
bye bye, except for Pittsburgh. The Titans and Giants didn't have to play great to win; they just had to play somewhat less bad. Obama, though some want to spin it, wants to
move on on torture et. al. Look to the future. etc. I, Mark Field and others, find even one step beyond that ("Truth and Repudiation") problematic
here. Christmas time over. '09 in full bloom. Oh well on that, huh?
