Though it has sixty days,
ignoring my senators among others, the
DOJ asked for a stay on the injunction of DADT right away. This was
not compelled. Ditto (see my comment
here) on a pretty narrow DOMA lawsuit. This invites
scorn, making
other moves harder to accept.
