I may be in the minority here (even a female teacher disagrees -- "just fire her"), but am wary about not making
this a criminal offense. It's not just "consensual sex" -- it is a teacher, who has a special responsibility and often (yes, even if the student is 18) special influence over students. Texas sought WAY too much.
