Yeah. The amendment to deal with Shelby has Rep. Sensenbrenner (R) as a sponsor and it is something of a long shot. The parallel loyal dissent approach does appeal some -- provide what should be & eventually, maybe there will be the votes. Roberts isn't the only one who can play the long game.
