Quick Take: Abortion and Int'l Law
Slate has a piece on how international law is being used to secure abortion rights, at least, when things like the life and health of the women are at stake. From a stray remark from "Mourad" over at Balkinization, you know when they deigned to have them regularly, I found out about an Americas human rights treaty with interesting implications here. And, an interesting perspective on mental health exceptions. [good blog, but this has a point]
