A nice by chance book, one passed by at the library -- a
collection of short stories by Indu Sundaresan "delicately woven to illustrate contemporary Indians’ clash with ancient traditions." It underlines the value of fiction to consider matters of the human condition, at times much better than long discourses on legal, political or social realities.
