habeas ruling involving an unpleasant murder, one comment elsewhere spoke about how the Supremes are ignoring state sanctioned "murder" here. That is, the death penalty. Some place else, such free use of legal terminology can apply to abortion or killing OBL. Such is the path to ignoring what legal terms actually mean.
