Blather about "as much as I would like" followed by opposition to a specific constitutional interpretation; extra points if the interpretation is likely to be wrong. Like "as much as I would like" same sex marriage isn't protected by the Equal Protection Clause. As if you thinking otherwise is not based on law, but your simplistic wishes for a pony.
