Second Circuit Sides with the "Cannibal Cop"

The court agreed his violent fantasies, even given use of real people, were just that. Important ruling given the Internet provides an opening for this sort of thing to happen more often and in more complicated fashion. Sometimes, lines will be crossed. And, the computer statute violation the lower court left open was deemed as overboard. The specific prosecution to me seems valid so hopefully they can find a way to allow that sort of thing.
