Meanwhile, Clinton's anti-Heller comment framed as a potentially fairly narrow regulation issue. Update: Here's a summary of all three cases that might be deemed "baby steps for racial justice." No concurring opinion (Marshall, Breyer/Souter noted support in the past) about ending peremptory challenges etc. As have I.
