I have to sign in to blogger and the
Slate fray, but hotmail and Google accounts are easy enough, though yet another password can be annoying. Sometimes, you have to type in a spam avoiding word, which can be blurry or mistyped. But, including
TPM, other blogs have in effect blocked me because registering is such a pain. Blog comments already have too many cliques. An non-open admissions policy only worsens it. And, blocks more causal sorts who won't go through all that trouble. My .02 isn't TOO important, but this annoys.
