Somewhat tedious, but the Fried father/son team does get a nod for
not compromising on torture, though the dad doesn't want to punish anyone. As to "simply" breaking the law, unlike Lincoln et. al., Bush wasn't open nor did he ask Congress almost immediately. Fail.
