This 2001 DVD has two short subjects -- a (bit too long but pretty good) fictionalized account of the infamous "Heidi Game" and a shorter and amusing golf themed one ["How Doc Waddems Finally Broke 100"] with Bob Newhart going against Kelsey Grammer.
