Laws to address the
misleading (at best) crisis pregnancy centers have had
some trouble in the courts for not being neutral and/or narrowly tailored enough. "Commercial" or not, they sell themselves as "medical," and that should matter. Will slanted anti-abortion scripts be given this much scrutiny?
