Good Masterpiece Mystery entry involving a vicar (with a lot of baggage) and police officer fighting crime in 1950s England. Some interesting Oscar nominations though all white actors? Seriously? And, the female nominees more interesting overall. A lot of "smaller" films. Update: I checked the source material and think the t.v. show does things better.
