The Mets traded all the good pieces (and Peralta) they expected to trade. They were unable to get rid of any of the (to be mean) trash, including Robert Jr. Taylor, the sole position player (minus a minor leaguer) who went. Eh. I want Stearns GONE.
ETA: Mets won four straight. Competition isn't great, but still impressive. Still don't want to see the overpriced new guys.
