One or more gun cases might still be open. Two unanimous opinions (except that Thomas dissented in one, sticking with his decades long opposition to precedent) and a 5-3 one where Breyer split with the liberals in a debt collector regulation involving bankruptcy courts case. Sotomayor had a strong dissent.
