A district court
struck down section 3 of DOMA and it's nice and all for a Bush43 appointee to do so, but as I said
here, probably went overboard on the reasoning. Virginia's forced ultrasound bill's (possible fix) is still bad, but
somewhat less so without direct bodily invasion.
