I share the comments about Joe Biden here. Goofiness wasn't the real problem with Bush either. Clinton's words on Libya also were powerful. OTOH, we have Romney. The attacks in Libya at least appear to be more complicated, but either way, the U.S. is not responsible for the acts of some obscure filmmaker.
