At least 26 people died on Saturday when Egyptians rampaged in protest at the sentencing of 21 people to death over a soccer stadium disaster, adding to bloody street turmoil confronting Islamist President Mohammed Morsi.Putting aside the tragic irony, this story suggests certain types of things avoided by our system, flawed as it might be. For instance, it is sometimes noted that public protest is more restrained in this country. Sometimes, that is a good thing.
