Getting Warmer on Emergency Contraception

The FDA determined that "morning after pills" (work up to 3-5 days) should be OTC for all ages. A political decision overruled it but a federal judge overruled that. Now, 15 (not sure why they now determined this was the magical age) is being set as the age, raising various problems, including identification related. Better, but not there yet.

Update: Administration appeals judge's ruling holding all age requirements invalid. Probably matching median parental sentiment, but still wrong.
