Supreme Court Quickies
The SC handed down a somewhat surprising decision today that a federal drug approval law does not pre-empt a state lawsuit. I discuss judicial review, the DNA case, and Dahlia Lithwick's latest on judges taking part in cases of backers who gave them large campaign contributions over at Slate. I also have defended filibusters over at Balkinization (Calhoun posts). Evangelistic, ain't I?
