DOMA Briefs: Come One, Come All!

Talking about wrong, the Westboro bunch [the daughter credibly was the advocate ala Newdow in their case] has joined Citizens United et. al. (really) to join the DOMA brigade. More religious mysticism than brief, but seriously, is it much better than many "God said so" type arguments in this area? Why would each side consent to this drivel? Well, one side to taint compatriots, the other perhaps because some don't think it is drivel!
