I'm wary of the
Town of Greece case -- my feeling is the best result is likely a narrow bad ruling. Think that might be why the SG provided a
questionable brief though the Administration is also religious friendly anyhow. The discussion
here is nice, except it would seem to warrant the overturning of
Marsh v. Chambers. Not going to happen.
